Thomas D. Howes has a Ph.D in philosophy and writes and lectures on politics, ethics, and tech ethics. In addition to teaching, he is involved in various projects of social entrepreneurship. He co-authored with James M. Patterson the book Why Postliberalism Failed, and his next book, which will be published in the fall of 2027 by the University of Notre Dame Press, has the preliminary title Beyond Postliberalism: On Natural Law and Constitutional Democracy.
