America's Cultural X Factor

In algebra, "X" is an unknown quantity. The challenge is to figure out what value X has in order to derive the correct answer.

The very same thing applies to the battle to expose the evils of Planned Parenthood. Yes, I did say "evil." Dr. James Dobson, founder of Focus on the Family, recently told his listening audience that Planned Parenthood is saturated with "wickedness" and "evil." His quote made headlines on a pro-abortion website. Clearly, exposing the truth brings out the worst in the foes of human dignity.

Books, essays, and documentaries have demonstrated through many and varied examples how Planned Parenthood is polluting the cultural environment; it plants weeds on the moral landscape and mucks up the minds of our children in the process.

So, what is the X factor that we are overlooking?

The simple answer is the power of God who is truth. Let's look at some examples of how this works when the correct response is given and Christ becomes the center of our efforts to rid a community of the Planned Parenthood plague.

Stop Planned Parenthood International's Bringing Jesus to Planned Parenthood through Mary campaign has had miraculous results. Three Texas Planned Parenthood affiliates are merging their operations in order to stay afloat after Texas eliminated funding of Planned Parenthood through the Women's Health Program. Planned Parenthood is also complaining of funding cuts on the federal level. The three affiliates have been particularly deluged by pro-life advocates who Bring Jesus to Planned Parenthood through Mary and meet them at every corner to shed light on the abortion giant's agenda.

In Ferndale, Michigan, according to STOPP national director Rita Diller,

Planned Parenthood has given up on opening a facility in Auburn Hills, where it faced staunch opposition, and has instead announced its intention to open in Ferndale. It will open on April 2 and start seeing clients on April 4. Planned Parenthood Mid and South Michigan CEO Lori Lamerand made much of the welcome city officials have purportedly extended to the abortion giant, saying, "It feels like coming home."

Don't get too comfortable, Lori. Pro-life activists in Ferndale know what you are up to and are anything but glad you are moving your abortion business there. You can expect to see them on a regular basis, bringing Jesus to Planned Parenthood through Mary and offering real help to women in need while exposing your dark underside. And through the special graces given Mary by God, she will shut Planned Parenthood down. A word to Lori and other Planned Parenthood CEOs: You can run from Our Lady, but you can't hide. Your days of killing babies and destroying the innocence of children are numbered. You may have managed to sneak into the community, but your presence will not go unnoticed. Listen to your conscience and embrace the help that Our Lady offers you to get out of the abortion industry!

These examples merely scratch the surface of the successes this project has had.

In addition, we recently became aware of a Catholic priest who took Christ to Planned Parenthood's massive facility in downtown Denver. Father Joseph Hearty, assistant pastor at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Littleton, Colorado, told LifeSiteNews: "If we can pray the rosary, why not offer the Mass, why not use the Mass and the Eucharist as a means of fighting this tragedy. . . . Why not use the most powerful means that we have?"

And that is America's cultural X factor - the Lord Himself. If only we would seek to bring Him with us - publicly, frequently, and without apology. Bringing down the Planned Parenthood machine, stopping the Obama mandate, and ending the reign of the abortion cartel in America - all evils that can be negated when we make God the center of our lives and actions!

Father Hearty said it best, "Our fight is not against the world, it's against principalities and darkness, it's against evil, it is against the devil. . . . Why not make a few demons quake?"
